Administrative assistant
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, proficiency in Google Workspace products, adept negotiation skills, and a strong commitment to aligning with company goals. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth operations, managing business communications, and ensuring efficient documentation of processes and meetings.
Responsibilities
- Communication: Draft and send professional emails to students, mentors, partners, and stakeholders with clarity and professionalism. Maintain clear and effective communication channels to ensure timely responses and resolution of queries.
- Google Workspace Proficiency: Utilize Google Workspace products such as Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar proficiently to manage emails, documents, spreadsheets, and scheduling effectively.
- Negotiation Skills: Demonstrate strong negotiation skills in interactions with vendors, partners, and other stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes in procurement and contract agreements.
- Document Management: Document processes, procedures, and meeting findings accurately and comprehensively. Ensure all documentation is organized, easily accessible, and adheres to company standards.
- Alignment with Company Goals: Work closely with the management team to understand and align with the company’s strategic goals and objectives. Assist in the execution of initiatives that contribute to achieving these goals.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments within the company as needed. This may include but is not limited to scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing office supplies.
- Task Prioritization: Efficiently prioritize tasks and manage workload to meet deadlines and organizational needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace products such as Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the education technology industry is a plus.
